scrambled eggs made with ghee and goat cheese. whole wheat toast with walnuts, spread with ghee. sweet potato, caramelized torpedo onion and sun-dried tomato hash made with ghee. mmmmm...
Okay, so perhaps I'm not completely objective on this subject, as my husband happens to run a little Ghee company we call Ancient Organics. That being said, I am a ghee toting (no really, I often have a mini jar in my purse), golden liquid loving, true fanatic. I simply can't get enough. The most common question I get when telling people about this wonder product is, "So, what's it for, how do I use it?" And that's where I come in. This blog will be about exactly that; the many, many applications of this incredible product, both in the kitchen and beyond.
